39 party-list groups tinanggal ng Comelec

AABOT sa 39 party-list groups ang tinanggal ng Comelec, batay sa resolusyon na ipinalabas nito.

Kanselado ang registration ng mga grupo dahil sa mga sumusunod:

Pagkabigong makakuha ng 2-porsyento ng mga bumoto para sa party-list system; at pagkabigong makakuha ng pwesto sa ikalawang round ng seat allocation para sa party-list system sa nakalipas na dalawang magkasunod na halalan.
