DNA sample posibleng kay Marwan (Ayon sa FBI)

INIANUNSIYO ng Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) ng Amerika, posibleng tugma ang DNA sample na nakuha kay Zulkifli Bin Hir alyas “Marwan” sa kanyang kapatid na nakakulong sa Guantanamo Prison.

Sa preliminary results ng FBI, lumabas na may “possible relationship” ang biological sample sa kaanak ni Marwan ngunit kailangan pa ng karagdagang testing.

Pahayag ni FBI Los Angeles Field Office Assistant Director in Charge David Bowdich: “Although the results of the DNA examinations do not provide absolute identification, the results do support that the biological sample provided by Philippine authorities came from Marwan. Further testing and analysis will be conducted by laboratory examiners in an effort to fully identify the subject of DNA provided to the FBI.”
