We would like to make a follow-up regarding our request for police assistance relative to our intention to take over the possession of a titled parcel of land owned by Mr. Santiago B. Reyes located at Tonquuiao St., Mertinvelle,BF Homes, Las Pinas from five (5) illegal settlers who refused to vacate the area (please see attached).

Please be informed that we have already complied with all the requirements as specified by Police Director Carmelo Espina Valmoria in his memorandum fro DILG/Chairman, NAPOLCOM dated April 10,2014. This was further specified in the Memorandum of Police Senior Inspector/Acting Police Assistant for Administration of NAPOLCOM for PNP Carmelo Espina Valmoria,Regional Director, NCRPO, Camp Diwa Taguig City dated 20 March 2014 (Please see attached).

Furthermore,the Regional Trial Court, National Judicial region, Branch 253, Las Pinas, Metro Manila has already issued the: (1) Writ of Execution; (2) Notice to Pay and/or Notice to Vacate; (3) Coordination/Blotter & Request for Assistance; (4) Sheriff’s Partial Return on Writ of Execution with Manifestation; (5) Certification of Turn-over of the Possession of the Subject Property/ies (Please see attached). Sir, despite all these issuances of the court, the Engineering Department of the City of Las Pinas has no action.

In this regard, we would like to seek your kind intervention to affect the release of temporary fencing permit illegal squatters in entering, occupying the said of land. We have already submitted all pertinent requirements. Also we already have the; (1) Zonal Clearance from the Office of the Zoning Administration, City of Las Pinas; (2) Homeowners Certification; (3) Barangay Manuyo Dos,Las Pinas Clearance; and (4) Neighbors Consent. However, despite all these, Mr.Christian Chan, Assistant of the City Engineer until now has no action in this regard. Attached herewith is a copy of the letter of our lawyer, Atty.Fernado F. Aquino, Jr. to Engr.Rosabella A. Bantog, City Engineer of Las Pinas City dated August 18,2014 which showed our efforts to get the temporary fencing permit, but to no avail.

Sir ,we really need your kind and immediate intervention as there is already threat to my life.
