Speechless and almost dumbfounded ang Brapanese hunk na si Daniel Matsunaga when he was announced as the grand winner of the PBB ALL IN talent search at ABS CBN.
Honestly, inasmuch as he’s not a Filipino, he’s a veritable Pinoy by heart.
Habang emotional siyang niyayakap ni Mariz na second placer sa talent search na ‘yun, I was not even aware that I was also crying with him. Enormously happy that someone so good and wholesome and sweet was able to bag the title.
Sa totoo, kapag nasa bahay rin lang kami at hindi abala sa iba pa naming showbiz commitment, I never fail to watch Kuya’s grandiose presentation every night.
Exaggeration aside, mahirap gawin ang talent search ni Kuya dahil you need to make each night inordinately interesting.
Pero mahusay at magagaling nga ang mga taong think tank ng show dahil nagagawa nilang kapana-panabik ang nightly presentation nito.
Noong una, I had the feeling na trimming on the cake lang ang participation ni Daniel dito.
Unang-una, naka-focus ang attention namin sa mga baguhang housemates ni kuya at hindi talaga sa kanya na tipong decoration nga lang ang arrive no’ng una.
But as the show progresses at unti-unti nang nalalagas ang mga housemates, we had the feeling na mapabibilang nga siya sa top four.
Pero siyempre pa, hindi naman namin ini-expect na siya ang magi-ging grand winner of the PBB All In quest.
Suffice to say, nakatutuwang may sarili na siyang condo at one million in the bank no less.
Malaking bagay ‘yun tungo sa katuparan ng kanyang pangarap na madala sa Pinas ang kanyang magulang at kapatid, who happens to be a looker also and pretty as a daisy.
Congratulations, Daniel, you more than deserve the title after all the hassle and hard work that you’ve invested.
Pinoy na Pinoy rin ang kanyang values kaya nararapat lang na sa kanya ibigay ang titulo.

Honestly, when I learned of the news that the jukebox queens would have a reunion concert at the Midas hotel, I had some an-xiety attack. Hahahahahahahahahaha!
Alam ko naman kasi ang kapasidad nina Imelda Papin at Eva Eugenio as entertainers.
Inasmuch as I love Ms. Claire dela Fuente because we’ve been friends for so long, I just couldn’t ignore the fact that Imelda and Eva are gifted with po-werful vocals.
Isip ko lang, hindi kaya matalbugan ng dalawa ang mellow kind of singing that Ms. Claire has always been famous for? Hahahahahahahahahaha!
So, no’ng gabing magpunta kami sa Midas Touch hotel, prepared na kami sa aming mapanonood.
Hahahahahahahahahaha!

But much to our surprise, Ms. Claire was able to hold on her own side by side with Ms. Eva and La
Papin’s powerful vocal virtuousity.

Inasmuch as Mel and Eva’s powerful lung power would render the audiences mesmerized, iba rin pala ang hatak ng mystifying mellow voice ni Ms. Claire na kaya rin palang bumanat kung kinakailangan.
Besides, I love her kolehiyala way of talking, along with her fabulous diction that has been all the more honed with the passing of time.
Tawa rin kami nang tawa tuwing sasabihin niyang siya raw ang pinakabata sa kanilang tatlo. Pinakabata raw talaga, o! True kaya? Harharharharhar! Anyway, dadalhin daw sa buong Pinas ang show ng tatlo ni Gloria Belen Papin.
Madatung si ate. Hahahahahahahahahaha!
Pero kidding aside, na-sense siguro ni Gloria ang enormous potential ng tatlo lalo na’t magkakasama.
Incidentally, Mel, Gloria and their younger sis Aileen are recording an album right now kaya medyo magtatagal daw sa Pinas ang American citizen na si Gloria.
