Derek, sirang laptop ang ibinigay sa anak (‘Di rin daw nakapagbibigay ng suporta)

IDINEMANDA pala si Derek Ramsay ng kanyang estranged wife na si Mary Christine Jolly Ramsay sa Makati City Prosecutor’s Office ng Violations of Republic Act No. 9262 o mas kilala sa tawag na  Anti- Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004 noong June 27, 2014.

In her formal complaint which was published by getitfromboy.net  ay lumabas na,”Derek Ramsay is a British national; is legally married to Ms. Jolly and that they have a son named Austin Gabriel, now 11 years old; that their marriage is not yet annulled; that Derek Ramsay refused to recognize and support his son Austin; that Derek Ramsay even gave away an old laptop by ex-girlfriend Angelica Panganiban to son Austin.”

Mayroong nagpadala sa getitfromboy.net ng complaint affidavit ng wife ni Derek which said na Derek and  Mary Christine Jolly, ”were married on 3 April 2002, in Balagtas, Bulacan and were blessed with one child, Austin Gabriel Ramsay ( Austin ), who was born on 28 June 2003.

“They met in a club through our common friends sometime in 2001 when he won the MTV VJ hunt.

“A few weeks to a month later, respondent and I began dating. Eventually, I moved in with him at his apartment in Makati City .”

Mary Christine described their relationship as ”rocky as we fought all the time” and alleged that the hunk actor was ”very jealous, possessive and demanding.”

“Respondent traveled often, there was one trip to the United States of America ( USA ), where he met up with his former girlfriend. When he got back to Manila , I contracted a ** disease, which I had to get medical treatment for. The medical procedure was done in Makati Medical Center . Despite the emotionally and physically painful ordeal, I forgave him,” nakasaad sa kanyang affidavit.”

Nagduda raw si Derek na kanya ang baby na dinadala ni Mary Christine. Nagbalik si Mary Christine sa Manila noong November 2002 at nag-stay sa family home  nila sa  Cavite hanggang makapanganak. Wala raw siyang nakuhang ”financial and emotional support” from Derek. When she gave birth ay wala nga sa tabi niya si Derek.

“On 28 June 2003, I gave birth to our son, Austin, in a hospital in Imus, Cavite . I asked respondent to be there for the birth of his first child, and for the DNA test, that he requested to have. He did not show up.”

Christine returned to   Dubai kasama ang kanyang three month old son na si Austinnoong September 2003. Nagpadala naman siya ng pictures ni Austin sa actor pero binalewala raw ito ng hunk actor. Nang magbalik siya sa Manila , napilitan lang makipagkita si Derek  nang lumabas ang report sa TV Patrol na may asawa siya. Pahirapan pa nga raw ang pagbibigay ng suporta sa kanya. Noong 9th birthday ni Austin, humiling ito ng Ipad tablet pero sirang lumang  laptop ang ibinigay ni Derek na pinalitan niya later ng used laptop ni Angelica.

KRIS, WALANG FASHION SENSE?

IPINAGTANGGOL ni Kris Aquino ang mala-hot air balloon SONA gown ni senator Nancy Binay.

Say ni Kris sa evening show nila ni Boy Abunda, ”the very fact na pinag-usapan ka, means you’re relevant.”

Kaloka si Kris. Hindi ba siya marunong tumingin kung ano ang magandang gown o hindi? Wala ba siyang fashion sense?

Ang feeling namin ay napilitan lang maging polite si Kris dahil friends niya ang mga Binay.

JULIAN TRONO, DARING NA!

Bilang discreet gay in Cinemalaya’s Ronda na pinagbibidahan ni Ai Ai delas Alas, mature na nga ang role ng binatilyo.

“For me it’s very challenging, hindi siya pa-cute na character. Gusto ko siyang i-stretch out. Hindi siya stereotype na gay, he’s more of a discreet gay,” chika sa amin ni Julian.

Walang peg si Julian sa gay character niya.

“Dinevelop ko lang siya. Binasa ko ang script and I watched ‘Basketball Diary of Leonardo DiCaprio’. Mayroon kasing eksena roon na gay scene.”
