Backroom artists in ABS-CBN’s Moon of Desire

Backroom artists Benj Bolivar, Carlo Sawit, PJ Go, and Maui Lumba are cast in ABS-CBN’s newest series Moon of Desire.

These young actors prepared for their respective roles. Benj exclaimed, “I’m super excited! It’s a dream come true. Dati, nanonood lang ako ng mga soaps together with my family. Now, here I am, kasama na sa bagong Kapamilya show. It’s my turn na panoorin ng pamilya ko sa TV. I promise na mas lalo ko pang pagbubutihin ang aking pag-arte para mapatunayan ko na may kakayahan ako bilang isang aktor.”

Carlo who made a good impression on his first try on TV said he is humbled by the experience.

“Promise, pagbubutihin ko ang aking trabaho. Sana magtuloy-tuloy na. Masayang-masaya ako.”

PJ and Maui who are in the new MyPhone ad are elated they are part of the latest ABS-CBN teleserye Moon of Desire. “Desirable din naman kami, ‘di ba?” PJ joked. “Basta masaya kami,” Maui added. Aside from being cast in Moon of Desire, they are making their presence strongly felt in their special show titled “Not Your Ordinary Variety Show” at various Pagcor Casino branches together with other NYOBG members Avery Paraiso, Kaye Chua, Bon Jovi Osorio, Junnel Manansala, Jennica Ollero, and Culver Padilla. NYOBG cools down the rising temperature of summer as it takes centerstage on April 3 (Casino Filipino Olongapo), April 9 (Casino Filipino Hyatt), April 12 (Airport Casino Filipino), April 23 (Casino Filipino Angeles), and April 26 (Casino Filipino Pavilion).

EB DABARKADS MULING MAGPAPAIYAK SA LENTEN SPECIAL

Taon 1981 nang simulan ng Tape Incorporated at ng Eat Bulaga ang paghahatid ng iba’t ibang kuwento ng buhay sa kanilang Lenten Special. Ngayong taon, muling ibinabalik ng programa ang pakikiisa nila sa Semana Santa sa pamamagitan ng anim na istoryang kapupulutan ng lahat ng aral ang kanilang handog na pagbibidahan siyempre ng mga paborito ninyong hosts sa Eat Bulaga kasama ang malalaking artista sa industriya.

Bibida para sa episode na may titulong “Karugtong ng Puso” sina Susan Roces at Paolo Ballesteros. Si Julia Clarete kasama si Allan K ang mapapanod ninyo sa “Ilaw ng Kahapon.” Pinagsama naman sina Michael V, Bea Binene at Wally Bayola sa “Hakbang ng Pangarap.” At matutunghayan naman sina Keempee de Leon, Pia Guanio, Isabelle Daza at ang Diamond Star sa episode na may titulong “Kulungan Kanlungan.” Aa “Anyo ng Pag-ibig” masisilayan naman sina Pauleen Luna, Ruby Rodriguez, Ryan Agoncillo at Jimmy Santos at paiiyakin kayo nina Jose Manalo at Ryzza Mae Dizon na gaganap na mag-ama sa “Anyo ng Pag-Ibig.” Kanilang makakasama naman sa episode na ito ang bossing ng lahat na si Vic Sotto at Anjo Yllana. Si Mike Tuvierra ang isa sa mga director ng nasabing Lenten Drama Special.

By the way, naging matagumpay ang isinagawang Special Screening ng EB Lenten Special sa iba’t ibang Unibersidad.
