Modernization or privatization plan for BoC?

DALAWAMPUNG Customs officials na naman ang ipinag-utos muli ng Department of Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima na mag-report for work sa Customs Policy Research Office (CPRO) DoF. Ito raw ang second phase of the reform program of the Bureau of Customs. They are the BoC’s Directors and Division chiefs.

Ano na ang mangyayari sa Customs without them?

Sila ba ay papalitan ng mga outsiders o mapipilitan na rin sila na mag-resign or file an early retirement from the service?

Katulad ng mga naunang Customs Collector, nothing can save them kahit na anong dami pa ng kanilang COMMENDATIONS at ACCOMPLISHMENTS na nakasabit sa kanilang mga opisna. Nabalewala ang lahat nang ito sa isang iglap dahil itinapon sila sa CPRO as researcher na lang!

Is the Finance secretary wants them all out of Customs by using the authority of the Executive Order 139-140 given by the President just to ensure that this order be implemented?

What’s the CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION doing to protect the interest ng mga tinatawag na taong gobyerno.

Ang dahilan ba ng ating presidente sa ginagawang ito ay kawalan ng tiwala sa Customs Officials?

Is this all part of the plan to PRIVATIZED Customs?

Hindi na ba kailangan ang mga opisyal to run customs kapag nakompleto na ang plano nila for the removal ng customs officials?

Ang tanong ko lang, ito ba ay talagang MODERNIZATION o PRIVATIZATION na sa BOC?
