Privatization of BoC

HINDI maganda ang aftermath of  reforms being implemented sa Bureau of Customs. Marami sa mga customs officials ay biglang nawalan ng powers o  mandato dahil  sa creation of  DoF-CPRO and soon ORAM which will affect low ranking customs official that will be strip also of their true mandate.

Hindi naman kaya ito na ang simula sa move o plano to PRIVATIZED ang Bureau of Customs at ipakita sa IMF-WB that they can do the job?  May current account ba tayo sa WB na  dapat bayaran?

May new instruction si DoF Secretary Cesar Pwerisima ‘este’ Purisma, that all alerted o hold  shipments ay dapat magsumite ng kopya ang BoC-EG Deputy Commissioner Dellosa within 24 hours upang makasiguro raw or to ensure na walang halong anomalya during releasing and wiil protect the interest ng ating gobyerno at hulihin at parusahan ang mga lumabag sa customs Law.

E ano pa ang silbi ng mga Customs examiners at appraisers sa hakbang na ito!?

Tapos na ang barangay election at balita na maglalagay na ang DoF Sikwatary ‘este’  Secretary ng mga bagong opisyales sa customs.

Kasunod na babalasahin ang mga directors at division chief sa BOC.

Papalitan rin ang District Collectors to run the Ports na sa aking naririnig ay mga OUTSIDERS ang kanilang ilalagay at hindi INSIDERS.

Wala na raw tiwala ang ating gobyerno sa mga officials sa Bureau of Customs kaya ang ipapalit sa kanila ay people that they can trust that will do the job to increase or improve the needed revenue to please IMF-and WB.

Ito na ba ang  nalalapit na delubyo o PRIVATIZATION program sa BOC?
