Loss of revenue from oil importation that needs reform

PETROLEUM or oil smuggling is one of the reason that cause the big revenue deficit of Bureau of Customs.

It can only be stop if the commissioner of customs will hire their IN-HOUSE SURVEYOR and create a monitoring team specializing in petroleum examination to check.

Magkakaroon na rin ng transparency within the port of discharge nitong millions of oil barrels.

Malaki ang maitutulong nito sa  inyong REVENUE COLLECTION  at hindi itong mga imported articles ang dapat asahan ng koleksyon. Sisiw lang ito sa halaga ng mga dumarating na oil importations na mas dapat busisin nang husto ng ating pamahalaan lalo na sa mga FREE ZONES na inilalagay at dumarating.

Gaya na lang daw sa Subic ay napakaraming underground Farms o tankers.

Most of the customs examiners assigned are not that expert in identifying oil products and how it will be computed properly.  Hindi naman sila talagang  expert  and that some of these oil company are using  accredited surveyors na kasabwat nila para pababain ang tax & duty.

It’s about time na silipin at ireporma na rin ang policy on oil importation ng Bureau of Customs na  nagdudulot ng malaking deficit in revenue collection at hindi ang mga tao within the bureau ang dahilan.
