SHOW business is a bitch. Dito kapag di ka na masyadong in, mararanasan mo ang mga depressing episodes na ni sa hinagap ay hindi mo inisip na iyong mararanasan. Perfect example ang very classy lady na ‘to na a couple of years ago ay talaga naman humahataw ang showbiz career. But when she moved out of the stellar network she once worked with, slowly, her once illustrious career has suffered a big blow. Good projects are no longer coming her way until these have altogether stopped. Today, her career seems to be uneventful and altogether dull. The very reason perhaps why she has accepted a role in a movie wherein she’s going to appear as a glorified extra. Considering her stature as an actress, it’s very hurting to note that she’s already accepting bit roles such as this if only to become visible again just like before. How so very pathetic. Kunsabagay, hindi naman bread trip ‘yon on her part.

Gusto lang siguro niyang maging visible para naman malibang siya. How so very sad consi-dering that her contemporaries are still lording it out at the network she once was an integral part of. Que pobrecita! If it’s any consolation, her liquidity has never waned and she’s still very much capable of travelling in style in Europe with her kids in tow. Ang sad part lang talaga is the fact that the public seems to have totally forgotten her and a lot of people already consider her as way past her prime. How pathetic!

GOVERNOR ER EJERCITO, KINANA NANG PATALIKOD!

I won’t go into detail anymore about the pleadings of Governor elect ER Ejercito but I honestly believe that the case he’s been slapped with is unjust and devoid of sufficient merits. Ang kasong isinampa laban sa kanya ay overspending supposedly when as documented, his expenses for the past election was P4,101,586.62. Very much in accordance with what the Omnibus Election Code has stipulated. “Nakagugulat ang po at nakalulungkot nang lumabas ang balitang ako ay dini-disqualify na siya ng COMELEC.

COCO MARTIN’S MAIN CONCERN

Super slim si Coco Martin nang humarap kamakalawa sa working press. But that unmistable charisma that’s largely responsible for what he has become in the business is palpably discernible. Ang maganda kay Coco, hindi niya sinanay sa magagarbong bagay ang kanyang pamilya. Aware naman kasi na there’s no such thing as permanent in this ever changing world. Kaya ang bonding nila, if ever he’s free from his demanding working sched as an actor for Dreamscape ay mag-stay sa bahay at ma-kipag-bonding sa kanyang pamilya.

Tulad ng lagi niyang sinasabi, hindi niya sinasanay sa magagarbong bagay ang kanyang pamilya. When he has the time, bonding moments with his family would be lounging idly in the house, cooking something his family could feast on and other ordinary things that his family have come to like and get used to.

Para kasi kay Coco, happiness can be found in simple things. Hindi porke’t can afford na siya ay hahataw na siya sa mga bagay-bagay na alam naman niyang fleeting and temporary. Mabuti na raw ‘yung masanay sa mga simpleng bagay lang ang kanyang pamilya para lagi na’y rooted or anchored to the ground ang kanilang pagkatao at never na nadala ng pag-iilusyon. Patapos na nga pala ang kanilang top-rated na fantaserye (Juan dela Cruz) sa third week ng October at balak niyang i-devote ang more than one week na hihingin niyang bakasyon sa pag-stay sa bahay at gawin ang mga ordinaryong bagay na kanilang kinasanayan na through the years.
