MAINIT na MAINIT si BOC Commissioner John Sevilla sa mga taga-Customs… for those person or persons who do wrong in performing their duties specially if they allow smuggling and violate customs laws.
Kahit ‘yun mga may matitigas na PADRINO ay walang nagawa to save them from the order of implementation of reform by the Aquino administration.
And this is being implemented by the Department of Finance secretary Ceasar Purisima at ni Customs Commissioner John Sevilla and this is the reason why BOC personnel are now having a hard time to adjust to the present situation especially of the NO TAKE POLICY ordered by the administration and anyone who will disobey will be severely punish or be terminated from the service.
That is why everyone is avoiding from asking any special favor from smuggler/players for financial help. They just turn into applying personal loans to some loan sharks now.
Kanya-kanya na ngayon, they bring and buy their own personal food unlike before na sagot ng division nila.
Even gasoline and transportation ay galing na sa kanilang mga bulsa and others are now using public transportation to save money.
Dati-rati nag-uunahan pa sila gumamit ng matitigas na padrino just to be promoted o assign sa isang juicy position.
