PDEA’s “private eye” P1.5-B cash rewards scam!!!

PRESIDENT NOYNOY AQUINO, Since 2004 up to the present 2014, sampung taon na pong lumuluha ng bato, sa pagsigaw ng katarungan sa kanyang cash reward ang PDEA’S “ Private Eye” na si G.Morteza Tamaddoni, an Iranian National.

Si Tamaddoni ang DPA ng PDEA. Malaking papel ang ginampanan ni Tamaddoni, siya ang puno’t dulo ng pagkakalansag ng SHABU Laboratories sa Umapad, Mandaue City, Mecauayan, Bulacan, Pilare & Mariveles atbp. Noon pang November 2003 up to September 25, 2004, and the recovery of thirteen billion pesos, (P13,000,000,000) worth of drugs and outlawed chemicals. P-NOY.

PDEA’S Deep Penetrating Agent (DPA), cash reward received only P8,339,131. The remaining balance worth are P1.495,000,000, ang utang ng ahensya ng gobyerno, the PDEA, since 2004 up to the present sa Iranian national. According to PDEA’s private eye, code name: “Lucky” humingi na siya ng saklolo sa National Press Club of the Philippines, sa pamamagitan ng dating Pagsanjan Mayor Abner Afuang para iparating sa minamahal nating Pangulong Noynoy Aquino ang matagal na niyang problema sa PDEA Officials.

Isang bayani para kay Afuang si Tamaddoni, sapagkat kundi sa nasbaing Iranian national, pinendeho sa kasong CASH REWARDS ng ilang opisyales ng PDEA. Nararapat ibigay sa kanya, sapagkat ito’y naaayon naman sa batas. Right PDEA DG Arturo Cacdac, Jr.?

Bakit po tinawag ni Afuang na isang bayani ang Iranian national na si Mortezza Tamaddoni? Sapagkat kundi sa kanyang ginawang pagtulong bilang DPA ng PDEA,  na naging dahilan sa pagkakalansag noong taon 2004 ng shabu laboratories sa buong kapuluan, worth P13 B.

Sobra-sobrang nadagdagan ang kasalukuyang  halos 10 milyon durugista sa Filipinas. Kasama na po rito ang ilang drug addict lawmakers. All walks of life had been victimized by these evil dreaded drugs.

Narito po bayan ang serye ng telenovela ng “Executive summary of ”THE VITAL ROLE OF MORTEZZA TAMADDONI.”

In November 2003,Mortezza Tamadoni, an Iranian national,reported to PCINSP MADSGANI MUKARAM about his suspicion regarding a Plastic Factory business to be put-up in Cebu. He was offered by Hung Chin Chang @ Andy Ang, @ Anthony @ Simon Lao. A Chinese national, to be his business partner. He was shown the list of chemicals which according to Hung Chin Chang are Raw Materials in the manufacture of plastic,such as Acetone Thiony Chloride,ether ethyl,Gydrogen Gas, Hydrolic Acid, Sulfuric Acid and Palladium Chloride. Said chemicals was found out to be an ingredients used in the manufacture of shabu was further instructed by Hung Chin Chang to look for a warehouse to be utilized as a temporary storage of chemicals and he was able to find one at Lopez Jaena St.,Cebu City.

Sensing that it was indeed a high-profile drug syndicate, he closely befriended Hung Chin Chang and was able to gain access to Chang’s friends who were engaged in said illicit activities. On April 14,2004 he was invited by Calvin de Jesus Tan @ alias Joey,leader of the Group,for a trip in Macau,where he confirmed that the chemicals purchased in cebu were not intended for a plastic factory for the production of 10 tons of Shabu.

Meanwhile, a PNP-AIDSOTF team under PSUPT EDUARDO P.ACIERTO was monitored conducting surveillance on his (Mortezza)in Cebu,where @Amigo was recruited as Support Agent and who was used as decoy and also a go-between in the purchase of chemicals.

With such development,P/DIR ARTURO C LOMIBAO, then CIDG Director directed P/CINSP MUKARAM to undertake an anti-drug operation in coordination with the PNP Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (PNP-AIDSOTF) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
