ISANG malaking tagumpay ang ginanap na Miss Manila 2023 nitong June 23, Biyernes, sa The Metropolitan Theater sa Maynila. 

Nagsilbing host ng prestihiyosong beauty pageant sina Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray at Kapuso/Sparkle male artist Rayver Cruz.

Ang mga panel of judges ay sina Crystal Jacinto (CEO, EW Villa Medica Manila);

Dr. Gwen Pang (Secretary General of the Philippine Red Cross); Joy Marcelo (Vice-President of Sparkle GMA Artist Center); Ladylyn Riva-Tieng (beauty queen, entrepreneur and philanthropist); Rhiza Pascua (President of Live Nation Philippines), at Gloria Diaz (Miss Universe 1969) na siya ring chairman ng board of judges.

Hinirang na winners ang mga sumusunod…

2nd Runner Up – Francine Tajanlangit (Roxas Boulevard); 1st Runner Up – Karen Nicole Piccio, (Pureza Sta. Mesa); Miss Manila Charity – Anna Carres de Mesa (Sta. Mesa);  Miss Manila Tourism – Angela Okol (Paco); Miss Manila 2023 – Gabrielle Lantzer (Malate).

Nanalo rin si Gabrielle ng tatlong special awards—Miss EW Villa Medica Manila, Best in Swimsuit, at Best in Evening Gown.

Nag-uwi si Gabrielle (Miss Manila 2023) ng P1-M cash prize, korona na yari sa diamonds, sapphires at Pearl of the Orient na gawa ng Arca Bespoke Jewelry, P250k worth of services mula sa EW Villa Medica Manila, at roundtrip business class ticket to any international destination of her choice mula sa Philippine Airlines.

Si Angela naman, (Miss Manila Tourism) ay nanalo ng roundtrip ticket to any local destination of her choice (mula sa PAL) at P100k cash.

Si Anna naman (Miss Manila Charity) ay nanalo ng roundtrip ticket to any local destination of her choice (mula sa PAL) at P100k cash.

Nakuha rin ni Angela ang Fans Choice Award samantalang si Anna ay napili rin bilang Miss Photogenic by San Miguel Corporation.

Ang iba pang special awardees ay sina Hanna Cruz (Sampaloc) bilang Miss Philippines Airlines at Rethy Rosa(Maceda Sampaloc) bilang Miss Riverpark Centralis.

Ang mga runner-up ay nagwagi ng roundtrip ticket to any local destination (mula sa PAL) at P50k cash.

Ang mga performer sa gabi ng beauty pageant ay sina Angeline Quinto na inawit ang theme song ng Miss Manila, ang violinist na si Joseph Brian Cimafranca, ang rapper na si Kritiko, at ang boy group na Yes My Love O YML.

Ang Miss Manila 2023 ay handog ng City of Manila sa pangunguna ni Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan, Department of Tourism, Culture and the Arts of Manila sa pangunguna ni Tourism Director Charlie Dungo, KreativDen Entertainment (headed by Kate Valenzuela) at co-presented naman ng Philippine Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry at ng San Miguel Corporation.
