Nominado sa kategoryang Outstanding Drama Series ang Squid Game kalaban ang Stranger Things, Better Call Saul, Euphoria, Ozark, Severance, Succession, at Yellowjackets.
Labintatlo pang nominasyon ang nakuha ng Koream series kabilang ang Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series para kay Lee Jung-jae; Park Hae-soo at O Yeong-su bilang Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series; Jung Ho-yeon bilang Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series; at Lee You-mi bilang Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series.
