Sa NCR at 38 lugar ‘new normal’ simula bukas

ISASAILALIM sa ‘new normal’ o pinakamaluwag na CoVid-19 restrictions na Alert Level 1 ang Metro Manila at 38 pang lugar sa bansa simula bukas, 1 Marso hanggang 15 Marso 2022, ayon sa Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID).

Batay sa guidelines ng IATF, pahihintulutan ang lahat ng aktibidad at lahat ng establisimiyento sa 100% capacity, ngunit kailangan pa rin sumunod sa minimum public health standards gaya ng pagsusuot ng face mask at pagsunod sa physical distancing.

Papayagan na rin ang full seating capacity sa public transportation at hindi na kailangan ang plastic barriers, sabi ni acting Presidential Spokesperson Karlo Nograles kahapon.

“The use of acrylic and/or plastic dividers in public transportation shall not be required,” ani Nograles.

Hindi na rin mandatory ang Safe, Swift and Smart Passage (S-PaSS) travel management system para sa interzonal travel sa Alert Level 1 areas.

“All private offices and workplaces may operate at full capacity, subject to the guidelines on vaccination for on-site work,” ani Nograles.

“Off-site work shall be under such work arrangements subject to relevant rules and regulations issued by the Civil Service Commission and the Office of the President,” dagdag niya.

Hindi na rin aniya mandatory ang paggamit ng health declaration forms at paper-based contact tracing para sa mga ahensiya at establisimiyento sa ilalim ng Alert Level 1. “The use of digital contact tracing application StaySafe.PH depends on the discretion of establishments and agencies.”

Ngunit kailangan pa rin magpakita ng full vaccination proof ang mga indibidwal, edad  18-anyos pataas bago papasukin sa alinmang establisimiyento,

kabilang sa mga lugar sa Alert Level 1, maliban sa Kalakhang Maynila, Abra, Apayao, Baguio City, Kalinga, Dagupan City, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Batanes, Cagayan, City of Santiago, Isabela, Quirino, Angeles City, Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Olongapo City, Pampanga, Tarlac, Cavite, Laguna, Marinduque, Puerto Princesa City, Romblon, Naga City, Catanduanes, Aklan, Bacolod City,Capiz, Guimaras, Siquijor, Biliran, Zamboanga City, Cagayan de Oro City, Camiguin at Davao City.

Epektibo ang mga naturang alert level systems mula Martes, 1 Marso hanggang 15 Marso 2022.
