GADON MASAMANG EHEMPLO BILANG ABOGADO

ISANG masamang ehemplo para sa mga nagnanais maging abogado si senatorial aspirant Larry Gadon.

“You know the country just held the Bar exam, and it’s sickening to imagine Gadon as an example of what a lawyer is to those who took the exam. He is a terrible example, a terrible human being,” ayon kay investigative journalist Raissa Robles, nagsampa ng mga reklamo laban kay Gadon dahil sa mga bastos na pahayag laban sa kanya sa isang viral video.

Sa kanyang paskil sa Facebook, iginiit ni Robles na “belated Christmas gift’ niya kay Gadon ang mga isinampa niyang kaso laban sa senatorial bet.

“The lawsuits are not just for me but for all women who want to engage in political discourse on the Internet but are instead subjected to vile, online sexual abuse,” ani Robles.

Sa video na nag-viral noong Disyembre 2021, galit na galit si Gadon na pinagmumura si Robles matapos tawagin ng batikang mamamahayag na tax evader ang anak ng diktador at presidential bet Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr.

“I’ve said I would sue him and so I have. And everything is there in the document my lawyer and I filed,” sabi ni Robles.

Sinuspende ng Korte Suprema si Gadon dahil sa paggamit ng lengguwaheng “arrogant, malicious, and insulting” laban sa isang kapwa abogado at kliyente nito noong 2019.

Ayon sa abogado ni Robles na si Sandra Olaso-Coronel kasong paglabag sa Safe Spaces Act, Cyber libel at Libel ang isasampa laban kay Gadon. (ROSE NOVENARIO)
