Dating mansion ni Shaq naibenta sa halagang $9 milyon

NAIBENTA  ni Japanese singer Kyosuke Himuro ang dating mansion ni Shaquille O’Neal—na may kumpletong golf simulator at Superman-themed basketball court sa halagang $9 million.

Si Himuro na dating ‘’frontman’’ para sa 1980s Japanese rock band Boowy, nabili kay Shaq ang mansion noong 2004 sa halagang $6.4 million at ito ngang nakaraang araw ay nakalista iyon na ibinenta sa halagang $9.25 million.

Ang compound ay may laking isang acre sa Mulholland Estates, na guwardiyado sa gate, ang paborito ng mga celebrity na neighbor­hood na doon naninira­han sina Tyler Perry, Paris Hilton, Big Sean at Charlie Sheen.

Katulad ng iba pang mansion ni Shaq, ang palm-topped property ay ekstrabagansa.

“Grand archways and built-in aquariums line the living spaces, and the many amenities include a gym, game room, bar, elevator, music studio and plush movie theater with guitars strung along the walls,”  ayon sa ahente ni Shaq.

“The 13,000-square-foot showplace holds seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, including a primary suite with a private lounge. Recently remodeled for a more contemporary feel, the common spaces include a vast rotunda entry, dining room with painted ceilings and living room with a wood accent wall,”  dagdag pa niya.

Ang basketball court ni Shaq ay niremodel.   Meron ito ngayong Superman logo at NBA MVP.   Ang blue-and-red court ay bahagi ng backyard na may swimming pool, spa, waterfall, dining deck at fire pit.

Si Himuro, 60, ay co-founded Boowy noong 1980s, at ang banda ay nag-released ng anim na studio albums mula 1982 to 1987. Nagrekord din siya ng 12 solo albums na may hit sa katulad ng “Wild Romance” at “Safe and Sound.”
