Sheree, hataw at buwis-buhay sa dream virtual concert na L’ Art De Sheree

DREAM come true para sa talented na aktres na si Sheree ang gaganaping virtual concert niya ngayong April 24 na pinamagatang L’Art De Sheree.

Last year dapat ito sa Music Museum, pero dahil sa pandemic na hatid ng CoVid-19 ay na-postpone.

Pakli ni Sheree, “Na-overwhelm ako, dream come true po ito talaga. Naiyak ako nang nakita ko ang poster ng ktx.ph.

“It’s a dream for me na makabuo ako ng show na magiging iba at babagay sa mga skills na kaya ko, with my music. Dapat last year pa ito, kaso naabutan ng CoVid kaya na-move muna and until now andito pa rin si CoVid, kaya I decided to do it virtually. With the help of my friend Jamaica Jornacion, kinausap ko siya about my vision and she helped me sa pagbuo nito. Since student niya ako and alam niya kung ano ang kaya kong gawin, we made this vision into a reality.”

Wika pa ni Sheree, “Ang mga guests ko halos mga winner na aerialist sa kani-kanilang field. Nandito rin si Gian Magdangal na first time namin mag-sing ulit after so many years, Viva Hotbabes na sina Gwen Garci, Katya Santos & Zara Lopez, Kristel – Pilipinas Got Talent winner, national artist in aerial and pole – Jamaica Jornacion, Johnny Sustantivo ng Talentadong Pinoy, directed by Jamaica Jornacion and Noel Maximo.

“It’s a show that I saw in Paris na na-inspire ako. Burlesque is what I wanted to do ever since.”

Pagpapatuloy ng seksing-seksing former Viva Hot Babe, “Before I started sa showbiz, I was a lounge singer sa hotels in CDO and sa Shangrila Hotel. I was also a part of an American band sa US in Virginia sa Renee’s Supper Club, I like classic music from the 50s, 60s, ‘yung mga sound nila Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Tony Bennet, Sarah Vaughan… Kaya sobrang happy ako to know this group – Post Modern Jukebox, kasi they make the new songs and give it a classic twist! And I’ve always been so mesmerised with the classic beauties like Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Dita Von Tease, Jean Hallow, para sa akin ay timeless ang classic beauty.

“I was looking for something na babagay sa mga gusto ko, so I started watching different shows everytime nag-travel ako. Until I watched a show in Paris, naku na in love ako sa concept! How they use the classic sound and mixed it with the different kind of sensual performances. Naisip ko na gawin ‘yung show na ‘yun dito and make it my own version. So, nag-training ako ng pole and aerial skills to add more twist with the classic music and I came up with L’ Art De Sheree.”

Ano ang dapat asahan ng mga gustong manood nito?

Lahad ni Sheree, “Isa itong roller coaster ride na show, hehehe. Kakaiba ito, kahit ‘yung mga crew and si direk namin medyo pigil-hininga kapag nag-shoot kami. At malalaman nila kung bakit kapag na-watch na nila ‘yung show.”

Aniya, “I’m doing pole, aerial hoop, aerial hammock, burlesque, bondage art… parang story ito ng life ko in general at maraming makare-relate. Women empowerment and gender equality, all in one! Hehehe!

“Ang goal ko rito is to give our audience a different type of entertainment – men, women, but no kids.”

So, may buwis-buhay na mapapanood dito sa L’ Art De Sheree?

“Yes, buwis-buhay (siya) dahil hindi madali ang pole at aerial skills. You have to really train so hard and it takes years para ma-master ito.

“Dumaan ako sa maraming pilay, maraming bruises na hanggang parang normal na lang (siya) sa akin. And I really made sure to find the best teachers and studios kung saan ako mag-train,” masayang saad niya.
