Ashley Aunor, desididong maging fit and healthy

NAAGAW ang pansin namin ng Facebook post ng talented na singer/songwriter na si Ashley Aunor. Dito’y ipinahayag ng bunso ni Ms. Lala Aunor ang layuning maging fit and healthy at in the process ay magbawas ng 90 pounds.

Post ni Ashley na kilala rin bilang Cool Cat Ash:

“Today marks the day I decided to start my road to fitness. I know it’ll have its ups and downs but starting this little fitness blog will definitely push me to keep going as time passes by. My BMI is considered as morbidly obese and I will need to lose 90 pounds to reach my normal weight. I feel determined to be the best version of myself!

Thru FB, inusisa namin siya kung paano niya balak gawin ito? Reply niya sa amin, “Hi Tito Nonie! Balak ko po mag-post ng updates tungkol sa weight loss/fitness journey ko frequently.

“Naisip ko po kasi na mas napu-push ko ang sarili ko and mas mamo-motivate ako sa healthy living if ginawa ko ‘yung small project ko na ‘to. I’ll be posting pictures and short videos na parang documentation ng journey ko.”

Plano niyang mag-diet and exercise? May time table ba siya para magawa ito?

Esplika niya, “Yes, I’ll be exercising and will be under the care of my dietitian and doctors for my road to fitness.

“Plano ko po to reach my goal after a year para may set na date ako. Mas nae-excite ako kapag may exact goal.”

Isa nga sa nakita naming vlog ni Ashley ay ang pagbili niya ng thread mill. Kaya, tila desidido talaga siyang makamit ang kanyang goal.

Anyway, inusisa rin namin si Ashley hinggil sa latest news tungkol sa career niya. “Still promoting ‘yung single ko po na Loko! As of now, nagpe-prepare na rin po ako ng next singles na ibang genre. So, abangan, hehehe,” nakatawang tugon niya.

Nabanggit din sa amin ni Ashley na nag-e-enjoy siya sa pagiging vlogger. Aware ba siya na malaki raw ang kita ng mga vlogger?

“We’ll see if mag-workout ‘yung vlog ko, pero itutuloy ko lang siya… For fun pa lang naman ito and I’ll just see what happens,” nakangiting saad i Ashley.
