IWAS-PUSOY ang Palasyo kung paano mababayaran ng bansa ang inutang na P13 trilyon para sa CoVid-19 pandemic lalo na’t ilang buwan na lang ang nalalabi sa administrasyong Duterte.
Hindi direktang sinagot ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque ang tanong kung paano mababayaran ang P13-T utang ng bansa bagkus ay sinabi niyang maliit lang ito kompara sa utang ng ibang bansa.
“In terms of actual figure, that’s big. But if you compare it with other nations, ours is a modest amount. Remember, it’s not just the Philippines that found itself confronted with COVID, but the reality is other countries relied more heavily on borrowings to finance their COVID response compared to the Philippines,” aniya sa panayam sa ANC.
“So we’re in the middle. So that’s a big amount but we’re not actually amongst the biggest borrowers for COVID financing right now.We have actually been very conservative in our borrowings and I think it would pay off, and it has also been reflected ‘no in the trust given to us in terms of credit worthiness,” giit niya.
