Looking back, the U.S. court granted his petition sometime in November 2016 that his gender be changed into female as would reflect in his identification documents.

Anyway, he was severely criticized because he was able to include in his narrative someone who is already leading a supposed tranquil existence.

Nasaktan daw si BB dahil, bukod sa kanyang mga kaibigan, inalmahan rin ng mga member ng lesbian, gay, bisexual, at transgender (LGBT) community sa Filipinas ang kanyang throwback story na nagsasangkot sa isang sikat na aktor.
Depensa ni BB, his story is about love and not the homosexual act or casual sex of anyone.
Kaya in effect, he would continue with his narrative but only for those member who would be willing to pay.
“Makinig ‘yung mga gustong makinig. I’m not for the views. If I’m for the views, I could have said more.
“But I’m for my story. I want my story to be told this way. I don’t want to be edited by an editor. I wanna say what I wanna say,” he ventured.
Nangako si BB that he would continue with his narrative about Rustom and Jonathan when they came back to the Philippines right after their San Francisco encounter.
“Next week abangan ninyo ang ating closed circuit live stream ‘BB Uncut,’ and we will see kung anong lessons ang matututuhan ni Rustom sa naging experience niya as David.
“Kasi I think after this episode, a Pandora’s box was opened. Kay Rustom ito, ha? Parang all of a sudden, nabuksan ang Pandora’s Box. How? ‘Yan ang malalaman natin sa pagpapatuloy ng ‘BB Uncut.’
“Again, lahat ng livestream is free, but only ‘BB Uncut’ will be for membership only. Magkakaroon ng closed circuit after-party. Inuman na ito tsaka question and answer.”
Naiintindihan raw ni BB na hindi lahat makaa-afford ng membership for ‘BB Uncut.’
Sa mga hindi raw makakikita sa kanya next week, nalulungkot raw siya. Gusto raw niyang umiyak kasi happy raw talaga siyang nakikita ang kanyang mga tagasubaybay.
