Metro Manila courts sarado nang 2 linggo

INATASAN na ang mga korte sa Metro Manila courts na magsara hanggang sa susunod na linggo.

Sa nilagdaan na Administrative Circular ni Supreme Court Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta, iniuots niyang isara mula 3 Agosto hanggang 14 Agosto 2020.

Sakop nito ang mga korte sa ilalim ng National Capital Judicial Region at mga nasa ilalim pa ng enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) o modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ).

“All inquiries on cases or transactions, including requests for documents and services, shall be coursed and acted upon through the said numbers, addresses, and accounts of the concerned court, or through the Judiciary Public Assistance Section of the Supreme Court,” saad sa kalatas.

“For courts which are not authorized to conduct hearings through videoconferencing, in-court hearings conducted by the presiding judge, assisted by the skeleton-staff, may be limited to urgent matters and other concerns to expedite the proceedings, both in criminal and civil cases,” dagdag sa kalatas.
