Hari ng Bahrain naggawad ng Royal Pardon sa 16 Pinoy

LUBOS na pasasalamat ang ipinaabot ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte kay King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa sa paggawad ng  Royal Pardon sa 16 Pinoy sa Kingdom of Bahrain, kasama ang dalawang pinagkalooban ng pardon sa okasyon ng Eid’l Fitr.

Sa kalatas ay sinabi ng Pangulo na ang pagpapatawad ni King Hamad ay nagbigay-daan sa paglaya ng 16 Pinoy at pagbabalik nila sa Filipinas sa mga susunod na araw.

“This act of humanity by His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa provides renewed hope and an opportunity for our countrymen and women to build new lives,” ayon sa kalatas.

“For President Duterte, the Royal Pardon is testament anew to the abiding ties between the Philippines and the Kingdom of Bahrain and the deep and strong relations with His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa. President Duterte values his friendship with His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa and vows to continue working closely to further deepen bilateral ties and strengthen cooperation in areas of mutual benefit between the Republic of the Philippines and the Kingdom of Bahrain.” (ROSE NOVENARIO)
