“I help in marketing, actually, puwede rin magbenta or anything we could help the company… kasi it’s a new company. So, tinutulungan namin silang makilala.
“Like me, I didn’t know anything about Hokkaido noong umpisa, I mean, once you learned more about the place, magkakaroon ka ng interest,” panimula ni Rocky.
It’s a new vacation spot. It’s the closest place sa Philippines where you could see actual snow. Talagang kung gusto ninyo ng snow, good food, siyempre Japanese, e. So it’s a potential destination, vacation for us, Filipinos.”
“Yeah! ‘Yung family ko, sina Richard, ‘yung dad ko. Richard loves adventures, e, especially Sarah Lahbati, ‘yung asawa niya, they love snow. So, noong nalaman nila na Japan is the next place where there’s snow, excited na sila to visit the place,” saad ni Rocky.
Ang Hokkaido Tracks ay na-establish noong 2003 ng tatlong passionate skiers na kinilala na ang Niseko ang isa sa world’s great undiscovered ski resorts. Marami na ang nangyari mula noon, mula sa pagiging first international property developer, formal na pagkilala mula sa Australian at Japanese government, mga challenging events noong 2008 at 2011, at ang pagiging sole owner of the business.
Ito ay isang Japanese company owned by an Australian based in Hokkaido, Japan. Ang presidente nito ay si Simon Robinson. Ibinahagi niya ang pagsisimula nila rito.
Saad ni Mr. Robinson, “The timing was perfect, the region was growing because of the quality of the skiing and we were there at the right time. We were lucky enough to be in the first wave of people that discovered it. And then it started getting discovered, the area was starting to get discovered at Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, all of these regions but not the Philippines.
“Ive been to the Philippines twice, we want to tap the Philippine market. Actually, I’m always looking for the client, I’m looking for real estate client where I can sell them my houses, I’m looking for a client who would like to build something, I’m looking for a developer client…”
We have built 200 properties in Niseko-Hirafu region, from concept to completion, we insure your project will exceed expectations. Our services: real estate sales, property management, asset management, project management, rental management, custom homes. The president of the company recognize us as the only referral agent here in Manila, Philippines.”
