Maraming rekesito ipinatitigil ni Digong (Proseso sa pagkuha ng dokumento pinadadali)

IGINIIT ni Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte na magiging bukas sa publiko ang kanyang pamamahala, sa lahat ng mga kontrata, proyekto at transaksiyon ng gobyerno mula sa negosasyon hanggang sa implementasyon nito.

Kaya ang una niyang direktiba sa lahat ng departamento at ahensiya ng gobyerno’y bawasan ang requirements at panahon ng proseso sa lahat ng applications mula submission hanggang release.

“I direct all department secretaries and the heads of agencies to reduce requirements and the processing time of all applications, from the submission to the release. I order all department secretaries and heads of agencies to remove redundant requirements and compliance with one department or agency, shall be accepted as sufficient for all,” dagdag niya.

Tiniyak din ni Pangulong Duterte na ang sambayanang Filipino ang kanyang pagsisilbihan at hindi ang interes ng sino man o alin mang grupo.

“I was elected to the presidency to serve the entire country. I was not elected to serve the interests of any one person or any group or any one class. I serve everyone and not only one,” ani Duterte sa kanyang inaugural address bilang ika-16 Pangulo ng Republika ng Filipinas kahapon.

Binigyang-diin ng Pangulo, minimithi niyang ibalik ang pagmamahal sa bansa, pagsasantabi ng personal interes at malasakit sa mga walang laban at maralita.

“Love of country, subordination of personal interests to the common good, concern and care for the helpless and the impoverished – these are among the lost and faded values that we seek to recover and revitalize as we commence our journey towards a better Philippines. The ride will be rough. But come and join me just the same. Together, shoulder to shoulder, let us take the first wobbly steps in this quest,” aniya.

Para makamit aniya ang tunay na pagbabago, dapat ay magsimula sa ating mga sarili.

Inutusan din niya ang mga miyembro ng kanyang gabinete na huwag baguhin at baliin ang mga patakaran sa mga kontrata, transaksiyon at proyekto.

“I now ask everyone, and I mean everyone, to join me as we embark on this crusade for a better and brighter tomorrow,” sabi pa ni Pangulong Duterte.
