2nd QC Pride March, sa Dec. 5 na!

MATAGUMPAY ang unang isinagawang LGBT Pride March noong 2014 ng Quezon City Pride Council, kaya naman muling magsasagawa ng Pride March ang organizer na may temang Magkakaiba at Nagkakaisa, sa December 5,  Huwebes, sa Tomas Morato, Quezon City.

Para sa taong ito, ipinapangako ng organizer na may pawang mga exciting activities ang isasagawa tulad ng Pride parade, pride program kasama ang awarding ng competition winners, LGBT fashion show , at ang pinakahihintay na Jungle Party Circuit na siyang pinaka-importanteng parte ng pagdiriwang.

Mula sa iba’t ibang LGBT groups at community based organization at allies mula sa iba’t ibang syudad at lalawigan ang makikiisa sa martsa.

“We know that the best way to change people’s perspectives is to continuously educate ang public on gender awareness and rights and this could be done first by supporting the visibility of LGBT people. Celebrations such as the Pride March are one way to realize that aim,” giit ni Mayor Herbert Bautista.

“We are excited to partner with MOOVZ and Jungle Party Circuit to help amplify our call for the recognition and respect of LGBT rights and end to the violence targeted against LGBT people,” sambit naman ni EJ Ulanday, chair ng Pride March ngayong taon.
