SPEAKING of Ex With Benefits, nasabi sa amin ni Marion Aunor na nag-enjoy siya sa promo ng pelikulang ito. Kabilang sa malls na pinuntahan nila ay ang SM Dasmariñas at Starmall Alabang.
“Opo, nag-enjoy ako sa promo nito. Bilang kumanta ng theme song ng movie (I Love You Always Forever). Sina Coleen and Derek, they’re both nice and welcoming. Sabi ni Coleen fan daw siya nung original composition ko na kasama rin sa soundtrack ng Ex With Benefits, yung “Wanna Be Bad” for the sexy scenes in the movie.
“Si Derek naman sabi very relaxing yung voice ko and mukha daw akong Korean,” nakatawang saad ni Marion.
Dagdag pa niya, “But yeah, they’re both very down to earth. Pati si Meg na na-meet ko na rin dati backstage sa ASAP. She’s still sweet and humble.
“Mababait yung cast and crew and I’m also very grateful sa Star Ci-nema and Star Music (shout out to Sir Jonathan Manalo) na pinayagan nila akong i-interpret ‘yung song ni Donna Lewis as the theme song of the movie. Nabig-yan din ako ng chance na i-promote yung second album ko during the shows which includes the theme song, plus ipakilala yung sarili ko as the singer.
“Marami rin kasi akong nakikita online na nagtatanong kung sino yung kumanta ng theme song, so I’m happy that I was able to put a face to the song through the shows,” nakangiting saad pa ng talented na singer/composer.
Ano ang comment niya na maganda ang feedback sa mga song sa bagong album niyang simply titled Marion?
“Masaya po akong siyempre na maganda yung reviews and feedback sa song. I’m happy people think that I gave the song justice. Puwede nilang pakinggan yung song sa second album ko called “MARION” which is now available on Spotify. Then after of course, available na rin ang physical copy at record bars nationwide,” saad pa ng dalaga ni Ms. Lala Aunor.
