1. I am the incumbent President of the National Press Club;
2. Last December 08,2013, I wrote an article with the Manila Times entitled “NEW SCANDAL ROCKS PDEA”;
3. That I was informed by a source from PDEA that a detainee was able to escape and sold shabu to a Policemen Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija;
4. I personal conducted my own investigation and found out that the PDEA detainee was JEAN GRANADA and PO2 FRANKLIN ARIA; a close in security of Director General Arturo Cacdac;
5. I have executed this sworn statement to validate the authenticity and due execution of the article I wrote last December 08,2013
