4,600 Pinoy kailangan ng SoKor

NAGPAPASALAMAT si Labor Secreetary Rosalinda Baldoz sa pamahalaan ng South Korea dahil sa pagbibigay nang malaking oportunidad sa Filipino workers na magtrabaho roon.

Ginawa ng kalihim ang pahayag makaraan bigyan nang malaking alokasyon ang Filipinas na magpadala ng maraming mga manggagawa.

Ngayong 2015, ang Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) ng South Korea ay naglaan ng 4,600 slots para sa Filipino workers.

Ang iba pang slots ay hinati-hati rin sa iba pang mga bansa para sa mahigit 42,000 foreign workers quota sa manufacturing sector.

Ayon sa DOLE, taon-taon tumataas ang demand sa OFWs sa South Korea.

“This 2015 quota shows sustained demand for OFWs in the last three years in the Korean manufacturing sector. We expect that this will become the trend that will harmonize with our efforts in continually advancing the credence of the Filipino workforce as globally competitive and respects both the Philippines and the host country’s labor rules and regulations,” ani Baldoz.
