48 OFWs dumating mula Libya

112714 OFWsDUMATING sa bansa ang 48 overseas Filipino workes mula sa Libya, ayon sa ulat ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

Dakong 3:10 p.m. nitong Biyernes nang dumating ang unang batch na 24 OFWs sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 sakay ng flight QR926.

Sinundan ito nang pagdating ng 24 OFWs sakay ng EK332, Terminal 3 sa NAIA Terminal 3 bandang 4 p.m.

Sinalubong ng mga kinatawan ng DFA at Overseas Workers Welfare Administration sa airport ang umuwing OFWs upang alalayan at bigyan ng briefing.

Sa kanilang pagdating, umabot na sa 4,107 Filipino galing Libya ang napauwi sa pamamagitan ng repatriation program ng gobyerno ng Filipinas.

Patuloy na nananawagan ang ahensiya sa mga Filipino sa Libya na makipag-ugnayan sa Embahada ng Filipinas sa Tripoli para sa kanilang pag-uwi sa Filipinas.
