“All we did is to get a twice-to-beat now,” wika ni Compton pagkatapos na durugin ng Aces ang Elasto Painters, 93-88, sa Game 5 ng semis noong Sabado.
“We need to win one of them. It’s without question it won’t be easy, and there’s absolutely no guarantee that we’re there.”
“We have no time for complacency, and what’s scary is we have a Hall of Fame coach and we give him a week to teach and do stuff and put stuff in,” ani Compton tungkol sa kanyang kalaban sa pangunguna ni coach Yeng Guiao.
“I think that’s just the fortitude of the guys that we have in the team. We emphasized a lot of stuff and we learn a lot from coach Yeng. We are down, we want to keep on playing hard. We are up, we want to keep on playing hard. Those are the things they do that we want to emulate.” (James Ty III)
