I Hereby Grant Executive Clemency to JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, Convicxted by the Sandiganbayan of Plunder and Imposed a Penalty of Reclusion Perpetua. He is hereby Restored to His Civil and Political Rights. The Forfeitures Imposed by the Sandiganbayan remain in Force and in Full, Including all Writs and Processes issued by the Sandiganbayan in Pursuant hereof;Except for the Bnak Accounts (ss) He Owned before His Tenure As President

ERAP Publicly Committed to NO LONGER SEEK ANY ELECTIVE POSITION or OFFICE is the Very Condition that Imposed upon Himself when He Accepted the PARDON and such is in the Nature of a Condition Subsequent because its continued Efficacy and Effectivity Ceases Upon the Commission of an Act by Joseph Ejercito Estrada that the Pardon Enjoined Him from performing.

A PARDON is Conditional when it is Granted upon Certain Specified Condiitoins. Sec.40. Disqualification- The Following Persons are Disqualified from Running for Any Elective Local position.

a) Those Sentenced by Final Judgement for an Offense of Moral Turpitude or for an Offense by One (1) Year or More of Imprisoment,Written Two (2) Years after Serving sentence

b) Those removed from Office as a resultof an Administrative Case

c) Those Convicted by Final Judgement for Violating “THE OATH OF
