RETIRED B/Gen. Ernesto Aradanas was tasked by Customs Commissioner John Sevilla to resign to his present post as Port Collector of Davao.
May “proof on hand” ba ang commissioner’s office?
I think the retired general has the right to defy the order and in the case of the missing orange shipment that was already released by using fake documents that was put under alert by the Bureau of Customs -Intelligence Group.
Sino ang dapat sisihin for this matter?
Ang bitbit lang nilang appointment is trust and confidence by the appointing authority.
