PRC decision pabor kay Hayden minadali — Katrina

MAGHAHAIN ng motion for reconsideration ang kampo ng sexy actress na si Katrina Halili sa Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) kaugnay sa pagbalik sa lisensiya ni Hayden Kho bilang doktor.

Ayon sa legal counsel ni Halili na si Atty. Raymund Palad, hindi pa tapos ang dalawang taon na waiting period bago makapag-file si Hayden ng Petition to Reinstate License.

Hindi anila tama na madaliin ng PRC Board of Medicine ang desisyon kaya kanilang itatama ang anila’y legal anomaly.

“Minadali ng PRC Board of Medicine ang Decision to reinstate Hayden’s medical license. The Decision of Court of Appeals affirming the PRC Decision (revoking his medical license) became final only last July 26, 2012. The 2-year waiting period for filing Petition to Reinstate License will expire July 26, 2014. “However, Dec. 2013 pa lang nag-file na [ng Petition to Reinstate License] and was Decided by PRC on July 7, 2014.”

Sa panig naman ni Kho, nagkomento siya sa pamamagitan ng pag-post sa kanyang Instagram account ng Bible verses kasama ang isang pasasalamat.

“Here are two Bible verses that reflect what my heart wants to say about this. ‘You who have made me see many troubles and calamities will revive me again; from the depths of the earth you will bring me up again. Psalms 71:20 ‘I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you.’ Joel 2:25 All glory to Him, the Almighty. Thank you. Thank you, Lord.”

Una rito, nilinaw ng PRC na dumaan sa due process ang desisyon nila pabor kay Hayden.
