Dahilan sa patuloy ng pagluha niya ng Batong Marmol at Pagbibingihan ng Pangulong Noynoy Aquino sa kanyang pangalawang liham na ipinadala sa Pangulo last year, date July 29,2013. Ang kanyang pagsusumamo na tulu-ngan siya ng ating Pangulo, si G. Tamaddoni, isang DPA ng PDEA, na winalanghiya sa kanyang malaking cash rewards worth P1.5 B sa panahon ng Rehimen ng Tatlong Haring Mago-gulang na sina EX- PDEA’S D.G. USEC. AVENIDO, GUTIERREZ at SANTIAGO JR. et al.

Now under the Present PDEA D.G. Usec. Arturo CACDAC Jr., ay naninikluhod muli si G. Mortezza Tamaddoni na sana’y mabigyan ng prioridad ang isang PDEA’s DPA na katulad niya, na matagal nang sumisigaw ng katarungan sa kanyang P1.5B Cash Rewards, nang naayon naman sa Batas.

Narito pong muli Bayan ang ika-dalawang liham ng pagmamakaawa na ipinadala ni Tamaddoni sa Pangulong Noynoy Aquino last year.

Dear Mr.President,

I am Mr. “Private Eye” code name “Lucky”, an Iranian by blood , but a true Filipino by heart and service, in my humble living in the Philippines.I would like to ask assistance to please help me with my life now. Since I am a handicapped and Aging. Mr.President, I did a lot of life threatening work just to help the government eradicate the big drug syndicate operated in the Philippines. It started In July 2003, I joined the Philippines Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) thru their program “The Private Eye”. I was able to work as a Deep Penetrating Agent (DPA) of the government to busted the Biggest Drugs Organization in Asia. I worked up with the government program, using my own money and I didn’t noticed I put the life of my family endanger.

So this letter of mine,pertains to claim of the remaining balance of the monetary reward by the PDEA, which until now is still unsettled. As Backgrounder. I was employed and utilized as a confidential agent of PDEA in one of the drug syndicates operating in the Philippines. I was instrument in the dismantling of the following Clandestine. The Biggest Drug Laboratories in the Philippines, and the destruction of 13 billion pesos worth of illegal drugs “shabu” to wit;

The government also used me as principal witness in Mandaue City in connection with the case of the Mastermind Calvin Tan et’al. Na siyang dahilan kaya hindi pinayagan ng korte na makapag piyansa si Calvin Tan et’al.

In summation the total of illegal drugs “shabu” confiscated and subsequently destroyed 13 billion pesos and as agreed upon, the ten percent (10%) of the seized drugs will be compu ted in commensurate with the work I have done that eventually resulted in the successful unmasking of drug syndicate and destruction of tons of shabu. I was given some percentage of the monetary reward in an installment basis as follows: Note: with receipt from PDEA office.

1.)On February 15,2004 I was given an amount of the three hundred thousand pesos (P300,000.00)

2.)On December 10,2004, I was given an amount of five hundred thousand pesos (500,000.00)

3.)On December 30,2004 I was given an amount of seven hundred thousand Pesos (P700,000.00)

4.)On January 11,2004 I was given an amount of six hundred thousand pesos (P600,000.00)

5.)On January 25,2005 I was given an amount of two hundred Fifty thousand Pesos (P250,000.00)

6.)On April 5,2005 I was given an amount of one hundred fifty thousand pesos (P150,000.00)

A total of eight million three hundred thirty nine thousand and hundred thirty one pesos. (P8,339,131.00) from PDEA in an installment basis was given to me and the remaining balance of the agreed amount of one billion four hundred ninety five million pesos (P1,495,000,000.00) base on private eye program is still unsettled despite of several demand letters and appeal before your good office “Mr.President” dated August 10, 2010; copy furnished the office of the Department of Justice Secretary Agnes Devanadera,dated September 4,2010 and office of the Dangerous Drug Board Chairman Sec.Vicente Sotto III dated 28,2009.

Once again, I am appealing before your office to help me in my claims and I am willing to accept partial payments for the immediate release of my rewards, it is my right to enjoy the fruits of my labor and besides drugs of such magnitude will seriously affect the world be victim. Worst if said clandestine drug laboratories were not dismantled,the Philippines would become Asian’s Shabu Producer.
