LAOAG CITY – Kalaboso ang isang lalaki matapos maaktuhan na inaabuso ang kanyang 11-anyos pamangkin sa Ilocos Norte.
Kinilala ang suspek na si Rolly Pascual, 22, residente ng Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.
Ayon sa pulisya, habang natutulog ang dalagita, pumasok sa kanyang kuwarto ang suspek at hinawakan ang maselang bahagi ng katawan.
Ngunit naaktuhan ng isang kapatid ng biktima ang ginagawa ng suspek.
Agad sinampahan ng kasong acts of lasciviousness ang suspek.
