Yuki Sonoda at Japanese comedian na si Shuhei Handa, tampok sa short film na “Mahal Kita”

PATULOY ang magandang takbo ng showbiz career ni Yuki Sonoda. Bukod sa mga nagawa na niyang projects sa ViPE STUDIOS and 3:16 Media Network, tampok si Yuki sa short film na “Mahal Kita” ng Coneco Film.

Inusisa namin si Yuki hinggil sa ilang detalye ng short film na ito.

Kuwento niya sa amin, “Story po siya ng difference of Valentine’s Day between the Philippines and Japan.

“Ito po ay isang Romcom, I played the lead role together with one of Japan’s famous comedy actor na si Shuhei Handa. Sa ‘Pinas po ito nag-shoot and it is a collaboration with Meiji Chocolate Philippines.

“Yes po, tour guide po ang role ko rito and ‘yung story ay base sa Japanese guy which is Shuhei Handa who came to the Philippines for a business trip and fell in-love with a Filipino-Japanese tour guide.”

Sambit ni Yuki, “Locations included ‘yung mga historical landmarks in Manila, such as Intramuros… showcasing the cultural differences in how Valentine’s Day is celebrated in Japan and in the Philippines, highlighting a cross-cultural narrative.

Ang naging matagumpay na Philippine shoot na ito ay isang new milestone sa kanilang expansion sa Asian market, na plano nilang magkaroon ng mas maraming international collaborations.

Ano pa ang wish niyang mangyari sa kanyang career?

“Wish ko po is to be known not only in the Philippines but internationally din po,” matipid na tugon ni Yuki.

Happy ba siya sa takbo ng kanyang showbiz career?

“Yes, happy po ako. Slowly but surely lang po… and I hope I could give inspirations to others also.”

Samantala,very soon ay mapapanood si Yuki sa pelikulang “Lost and Found” na tinatampukan nina Paolo Contis, Kelley Day, at Quinn Carrillo.

Mula sa pamamahala ng award-winning director na si Louie Ignacio, ito ay hatid ng 3:16 Media Network ni Ms. Len Carrillo at Vipe Studios ni Dave Villaflor.
