Alden ipinagtanggol ‘intermission’ ng kanilang serye ni Jasmine

NAGKAROON ng “intermission” o break ang pag-ere ng The World Between Us noong August 27 at simula nitong Lunes, November 22 ay napapanood na muli ang mga karakter nina Alden Richards, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Tom Rodriguez, Jaclyn Jose, at Dina Bonnevie sa GMA Telebabad block.

Ayon kay Alden nagpapasalamat siya na nagkaroon ng “intermission” ang kanilang serye. “I’m very thankful for this break. And I think it should be a practice din as well dito sa atin kasi sa atin ‘pag sinabing break, negative agad, ‘Ah, hindi okay! Ah ganito, hindi nagre-rate, etc, etc…’

“I think that’s not the point . I think it gives the story more time to prepare for the second part, and kung mapapansin nila, if they watch foreign shows uso po ang season break sa ibang bansa.

“So hindi naman kami ang unang nag-season break sa buong mundo.”

Tulad ng sikat na crime/drama series sa Netflix na Money Heist,

“Nag-season break ‘yun!

“So it really gives the writers, the actors, the directors and everyone involved in that project time to prepare more for the comeback. And it thickens the plot of the story even further.

“So ang gandang opportunity niyon for us, to give us time to prepare as opposed sa old normal way natin of shooting a teleserye, paspasan at mabilisan.

“Kaya parang medyo mahirap on our end, siyempre mahirap din sa end ng management and ng production kasi mayroon kaming deadline since we shoot ng MWF [Monday-Wednesday-Friday] and we air five days a week.

“So ang laking bagay talaga tapos na ‘yung project bago pa lang siyang umere kasi para sunod-sunod na ‘yung buong storyteling niya.”
