ANG FilmPhilippines Office (FPO) ng Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) ay pumili ng pitong proyekto bilang grantees ng 2021 Cycle 2 ng FilmPhilippines Incentives Program.
Aabot sa P26 milyon ang kabuuang halaga na ibibigay para sa mga tatanggap ng International Co-production Fund (ICOF) at ASEAN Co-production Fund (ACOF). Kasabay nito ang mga tatanggap ng Film Location Incentive Program (FLIP) na may 20% cash rebate na limitado sa P10 milyon mula sa kanilang mga aprobadong ginastos sa Filipinas.
Ang ICOF grantees na Dancing the Tides ni Xeph Suarez na produced ng Daluyong Studios at Volos Films (Taiwan) ay magagawaran ng P8 milyon, ang Hold My Gaze ni Carlo Enciso Catu produced ng Epicmedia Productions at Harakiri Films LLC (Japan) ay tatanggap ng P4 milyon, habang ang Kodokushi ni Janus Victoria na produced ng Project 8 Projects, IS-Field (Japan) at Paperheart Limited (Malaysia) ay P6 milyon.
Nabigyan ng P3 milyon ang Cu Li Never Cries ni Pham Ngoc Lan at P5 milyon para sa Ella Arcangel: Awit ng Pangil at Kuko ni Mervin Malonzo mula sa ACOF, isang selective fund na maaaring magbigay ng minimum na USD 50,000 hanggang USD 150,000 (halos P7.2 milyon) sa full feature na mayroong kahit isang kompanya na mula sa bansang ASEAN o co-producing kasama ang Filipinas. Ang direktor na makatatanggap ng ACOF ay dapat ASEAN ang nasyonalidad. Makatatanggap din ng FLIP ang reality TV series na Survivor sa ilalim ng Philippine Film Studios, Inc. at Survivor Central Productions, at ang Taffy Season 2 ni Pierre Sissmann na may animation services ng Morph Animation, Inc. na produced ng Cyber Group Studios (France), ay parehas na makatatanggap ng 20% cash rebate na limitado sa P10 milyon mula sa kanilang mga aprobadong ginastos sa Filipinas. Ibibigay ang cash rebate sa mga Filipino line producers na kalahok sa aprobadong foreign productions.
