KAHIT marami ang nagsasabing siya ang tunay na may-ari ng Japanese Restaurant na Botejyu, na nakikita at nae-enjoy na sa iba’t ibang lugar ng Pilipinas, nananatili lang ang aktres na si Jobelle Salvador sa pagsasabing naging instrumento lang siya para mapalaganap ito sa bansa.

Siya ang nagpakilala kay Boss Vic del Rosario ng taong responsable para dalhin ito rito.

At si Jobelle naman eh, palipat-lipat lang ng lipad sa Las Vegas, Nevada, USA at sa Japan kung saan may mga bahay silang tinitirhan ng anak na si Jullyna.

“Nakakauwi ako ng Pilipinas kung mayroon akong projects na gagawin. Like when I did ‘The Killer Bride.’ Usually, ang Viva family ko naman ang nagsasabi sa akin kung may offers.

“All else, either ‘am in Las Vegas or sa Japan. At ngayon nga, ‘am in Japan!

“Ayos naman. May ginagawa akong movie rito sa Japan. It’s a horror flick. Filipino-Japanese movie kasama ko si Ruby Moreno and we’re introducing Kei Kurosawa (new uprising talent daw ng Star Magic). We flew her in from Manila for this shoot. The film is called ‘The Red Dress.’

“My company AQTIV8 is the executive producer and I’m producing it together with the Director Donie Ray Ordiales. It’s his first full length movie debut pero marami na syang nagawang short films. Dito sya nag aral sa Tokyo Film School of Arts.

“Showing you one of our locations. Si Jullyna may cameo role and she’s also part of the crew. Low budget film lang ito. Pero international ang crew namin. Our director & DP are both Filipinos, Asst. DP is Peruvian, our sound guy is American, our Art Department is Indonesian, our Asst Director is Malaysian, Lighting is Japanese as well as PM & Line Producer.”

Wow! International crew!
