Tom Simbulan, iniwan ang showbiz para magnegosyo

MULA sa pagmomodelo at pag-aartista ay pinasok na rin ni Tom Simbulan o Patrick Tom Simbulan ang pagnenegosyo. Itinayo nito ang PT Simbulan Hardware sa may CM Recto, Tondo Manila tatlong taon na ang nakalilipas.

Kuwento ni Tom, ”My grandfather (Fernando Tizon Simbulan) has been in the construction industry for eight years, and one day when I went home around 10pm I was so tired. Then my grandfather saw me and asked me, ‘are you okay? Is it all worth it? Do you have a huge savings already?’ I just handed his hand to do the “Mano” and smile at him. 

Dagdag pa nito, “My Grandfather will always yell at me in a positive way. ‘You should start your own business, continue our legacy, expand our brand. 

Napaisip si Tom sa madalas na sinasabing ito ng kanyang lolo, kaya   nabuo na ang kanyang desiyon na pasukin ang pagnenegosyo at pansamantalang iwan ang showbiz at modelling.

“Then  i realize that I wanted to continue the legacy of family and also to help our fellow Filipinos in the rural area to be their partner in building their dreams.”
