Congressman Roy Señeres sumaklolo sa Customs

ISANG privilege speech by Congressman ROY SEÑERES sa  kongreso ang tila nagbigay-buhay sa mga taga-Customs sa mga nangyayaring non-stop transfer order ni Department of Finance Sec. Cesar Purisima sa kanila sa CPRO.

Ayon sa Congressman ay very unlawful o illegal ang ginagawang pangtanggal at paglipat sa mga career Customs officials sa DoF-CPRO. The motives and goal are being questioned by the OFW Party-list representative.

May nakikita kasi siyang grave abuse of discretion in the organization. He also gave the importance of upholding the security of tenure of personnel and officers at BOC and their transfer violated the constitutional right and deemed illegal.

Last week, another set of customs personnel was ordered again to report in CPRO (Customs Penitentiary & Rehabilitation Office ‘este mali  Customs Policy Research Office pala) without giving any justification or reasons.

Ano ba ang kanilang naging kasalanan or basehan for that transfer order?

May balita pa na may ilan din opisyal sa BOC-ESS

(Enforcement Security Service) ang isusunod sa deporma ‘este’ reporma ng  Department of Finance na itatapon din sa CPRO.

Kaya naman maraming mambabatas ang bumabatikos sa executive order upang mabigyan linaw at mabigyan ng magandang paliwanag ang  ilegal umanong pag-aalis sa mga Customs official by transfer order of the Secretary of Finance.

The question now, may magagawa ba ang mga mambabatas para saklolohan ang customs career officials? Remember ito ay utos ng ating Presidente and being implemented by the DoF Sec. Cesar Purisima.
