Call center workers, nainsulto sa soap ng GMA

 
NAINSULTO ang call center workers sa soap ng GMA-7 na pinagbibidahan nina Pauleen Luna, Camille Prats, Rafael Rosell, at TJ Trinidad.

Mayroon kasing dialogue sa soap na minaliit ang kakayahan ng call center agents.

With this ay sumulat ang isang JM Cruz, host and show creator of The Call Center Show.

“We wrote to express our shock and indignation towards the producers and writers behind GMA’s new teleserye, ‘The Borrowed Wife’. In its pilot episode, the stars of the program made insulting reference to the call center agents with dialogues, to wit: Hindi ako nag-aaral para sumagot lang ng telepono! ‘pang walang pinag-aralan lang ‘yan.”

‘Yan ang nakasaad sa sulat.

Bumuwelta ang letter-sender sa writers ng GMA soap.

“The nerve of these supposed writers to discriminate against an industry they know nothing about! The gall to belittle an industry with billions in revenues making it one of the chief economic drivers of this country. An industry that employs hundreds of thousands of hardworking people who pay billions in taxes to the government. What about them? How much do they know? How much research have they done to make such sweeping, degrading statements?”

With that ay nagkaisa ang call center agents na iboboykot nila ang soap na ito ng NUMBER TWO NETWORK IN THE COUNTRY.

Bakit hinahayaan ng GMA-7 executives na mayroong mga dialogue sa soap nila na very discriminatory? Hindi ba sila nag-iisip? Are they INSENTIVE?

Ano kaya ang palusot ng PR ng GMA-7 dito?  Humingi kaya sila ng tawad sa nainsultong call center agents?

Naku, unang buwan pa lang ay NEGA na kaagad ang soap ng Siete. At nangangamoy na ang pagbagsak sa rating ng soap nila. How sad!

Kung sabagay, puro naman STARLETS TO THE HGHEST ORDER ang cast ng show kaya hindi nakapagtatakang mabutata ito sa rating.
