DoF-BoC walang ‘power’ sa Port of Irene

 

THE Motor Vehicles Importation  ay patuloy at masasabing isang malaking problema ng Bureau of Customs at  Department of Finance on how to stop the importation, buying and selling of these used cars sa Port of Irene sa Cagayan.

Even the BOC district collector ay walang magawa dahil sa isang court ruling umano allowing the importation of imported and used motor vehicles at CEZA Sta. Ana, Cagayan for processing and releasing of the second hand cars.

Ano kaya ang gagawin na solusyon ni Department of Finance Sec. Cesar Purisima to stop them?

Most affected sa problemang ito ay ang mga nagnenegosyo at local car dealers and manufacturers sa bansa na dapat naman protektahan ng ating gobyerno.

Hindi ba dapat lang maglabas ng panibagong EXECUTIVE ORDER ang ating Presidente amending EO 156 ni PGMA?

Tulad ng kanilang ginagawa ngayon sa Bureau of Customs sa kanilang deform ‘este’  reform program na MAITUWID ang mga DAAN ng mga taga-Customs.

How can they really stop the importation of used cars at Port Irene?

Ang balita natin, until now no import entry has been filed at BOC.

Matagal-tagal na rin  ang problemang ito, that need to end  and implement the “TOTAL BAN” of imported used vehicles.
