Lindsay Custodio may warrant of arrest dahil sa cyberlibel case

BAD news ang nasagap namin para sa dating singer/actress na si Lindsay Custodio, dahil balitang may warrant of arrest siya.

Ayon sa ulat, ito ay may kaugnayan sa cyberlibel case filed by her estranged husband, Frederick Cale. Ang Cebu City Regional Trial Court Branch 11 ay naglabas daw ng warrant of arrest na may kaugnayan sa nasabing complaint.

Ang kaso ay may kinalaman sa false accusations at malicious allegations na lumabas sa online.

Itinanggi ng legal team ni Cale ang naturang alegasyon at tinawag itong – damaging to the reputation at sinabing ito ay hinggil sa accountability and not showbiz intrigue.

Anila, ”We answered and faced the said allegations in the right venue and proper forum which is our Court, not the Social Media court. The court has spoken and let due process takes its course. We trust in our justice system, that justice will be served and the truth will prevail in the end.”

Hindi pa nakokompirma ng awtoridad kung ang warrant ay nai-served na. Marami ang nag-aantabay sa developments ng usaping ito.
