STAR studded ang ikalawang Gawad Dangal ng Filipino Awards 2024 na ginanap sa Sequioa Hotel, Manila Bay sa pangunguna ng founder nitong si Direk Romm Burlat, hosted by Carlo Lorenzo.

Dumalo at personal na tinanggap ang kanilang mga award sina veretan actress  Eva Darren, Carmi Martin, Roderick Paulate, Sheryl Cruz, LA Santos, D Grind Dancers, Denise Laurel, Ynez Veneracion, Beverly Salviejo, PAO Chief Atty. Persida Acosta, Suzette Doctolero, Elia Ilano, Lovely Rivero. 

Kinilala rin ang mga OPM icon na sina  Dulce, Randy Santiago, Gino Padilla, Ima Castro, Masculados at Gen Z singers na sina Kris Lawrence, Jana Zaplan, Cydel Gabutero.
