Kylie, umamin — being a young mom is not an easy thing

SA isang Instagram post, naging open si Kylie Padilla tungkol sa mga nararanasang struggles bilang isang ina.

“Being a young mom is not an easy thing… but it’s so strange,” panimula niya. “Motherhood has always been such a pivotal thing for me. I am naturally inclined to give more of myself to my family BUT also at the same time I find a new kind of drive to pursue all of my other dreams. I would have never tried to pursue them if I still had my old mentality, before I had kids.”

Pagpapatuloy ng Encantadia actress, madalas niyang i-remind ang sarili na hindi selfish ang pag-aalaga rin ng sarili at hindi dapat ito ika-guilty ng mga nanay na katulad niya.

“It is difficult to juggle and sometimes mom guilt gets the best of me but I respect the fact that I can’t give my family the best version of me if I can’t give myself the chance to grow in all my other talents and grow as a person. I’ll be forever grateful we shared our growth together.”
