While the situation in his family was far from being ideal, Heaven Arespacochaga has nothing but great admiration for biological dad Paco Arespacochaga and stepdad KC Montero. Parehong nag-exert raw ng effort ang dalawa para maging parehong ideal at loving parental figures sa kanyang buhay.
Ngayong Father’s Day, pinuri ni Heaven sina Paco at KC sa kanyang Instagram post.
“My dad and step dad’s co-parenting skills were off the charts during the 2000s and 2010s!
“My biological parents annulled their marriage when I was 3.
“My step dad and mom divorced when I was 14.
“My step mom and dad divorced when I was 15.
“Those things don’t necessarily look good on paper… but… hear me out… there’s blessings that come from that!
“Despite my parents’ romantic relationships not working out, my dads set their egos aside to develop their own personal relationship and make coparenting easier for them.”
Sa ngayon, labis na ikinatutuwa ni Heaven na nagkaroon siya ng dalawag ama sa katauhan nina Paco at KC.
“Now I wasn’t raised a saint by any means. I’ve made as much mistakes (maybe more) as the next guy, but I was taught to be grateful for my experiences and what I have.”
Labis raw siyang nagpapasalamat na nababati pa rin niya ng Happy Father’s Day ang dalawa niyang ama.
“Being able to show up every single day, willing to put in the work while striving to be better than the day prior — that’s what makes a man.
“Happy Fathers Day to all the fathers being dads out there to their children!”
