“From Ate Aiza to Tita Aiza to Mama (for like 2 seconds) to Baba to…DAD.
“This journey was seven years in the making, and I bore witness sa mga pinagdaanan nyo para makarating dito. It wasn’t easy —TRUST, RESPECT LOVE…these are earned, not demanded.
“I’m so happy because you both willingly took part in the process to get to the kind of relationship you have now. Kaya yung meaning ng DAD, alam nyo pareho kung gaano kahalaga, and when we reached the point that Amara voluntarily said she wants to call you DAD and not Baba, ang sarap pakinggan because I know how you both are taking this word to heart.
“One of my greatest joys is seeing this beautiful relationship evolve right in front of my eyes. What you and Amara have are uniquely yours, and Im proud of it. Sabi nga nya, you are the unbiased parent. Sa panahon ngayon na she’s growing up so fast, she needs that kind of perspective. I hope she realizes how lucky she is two have three parents who love her so much- You, Me and Ken.
“Happy father’s day, LOVE. Enjoy it because this is YOUR DAY.
“Hindi ka ate. Hindi ka Tita. Hindi ka Mama. Hindi ka na Baba.
“You are— Amara’s “DAD”.
“Thank you for loving her unconditionally.
“Mahal na mahal kita!”
Hindi ka ba naman maantig.
Bilang Chairman ng FDCP, ang mensahe naman niya ay, “As the film and audiovisual industry is part of the country’s hardest-hit business sector due to Covid-19, it is empowering that our lead government agencies have joined forces with the FDCP in alleviating the woeful situation of the industry. We thank the DOH and DOLE for their all-out support for the film and audiovisual industry in transitioning to the new normal of performing works while ensuring a safe environment amidst the pandemic.
“Special mention to the hardworking and dedicated team of DOH and especially the office of the Secretary : Sec. Duque, Dr. Beverly Ho, Rodley Carza, Madee Conjare, Faith Laperal, Atty. Geneve Masahud, Doc Meng Maddumba.
“Salamat din sa DOLE, to Sec. Bello, and of course, sa bumubuo ng Bureau of Working Conditions and Bureau of Occupational Safety and Health for being proactive in protecting the welfare of our workers.”
Balanseng-balanse si Ma’am pagdating sa personal at pribadong buhay niya. Na pareho naman nating nasasaksihan!
Hindi sila madamot, eh!
