Terorismo inimporta ng Amerika (Digong kay Trump)

INIMPORTA ng Amerika ang terorismo sa kanilang bansa kaya dapat aminin ito sa sarili ni Republican presidential bet Donald Trump, ayon kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Sinabi ng Pangulo sa press conference sa Davao City  Airport kamakalawa ng gabi, bagama’t wasto ang pagkabahala ni Trump sa terorismo sa Amerika ngunit kailangan suriin ang isyu nang malaliman upang mabatid ng presidential bet na ang US ang nagbigay ng dahilan para umusbong ito.

“Valid issues, actually. Valid issues. Trump is airing something which is should also be a concern. One is terrorism. Everybody should be worried about terrorism. And of course, in this modern world, multi cultural countries. There should be some, some semblance of, you know, acceptance and maybe, especially in the matter of religion, tolerance. Those are vogue words but they have deeper meanings if you go into—Tolerance. Tolerate your religion and respect it in [inaudible]. Terrorism is there and ah, frankly speaking, I’d like to be honest with you. Americans somehow, not all, somehow provided the reasons for the  terrorist, terrorism there right now,” ayon sa Pangulo.

Hindi aniya kailangan maging terorista ang isang tao para mapukaw ang kamalayan hanggang maging radikal ang pananaw sa mga nakikitang pambobomba ng US sa mga pinakialamang bansa, lalo sa Gitnang Silangan, na ikinamatay ng libo-libong inosenteng sibilyan.

Kahit hindi aniya personal na masaksihan ng mga may lahing Arabo na nakabase sa Amerika, ang mga madudugong operasyon ng Amerika sa kanilang mga bansa ay naghambalang ang mga kalunos-lunos na larawan at video sa social media.

Sa mga retrato pa lang ayon sa Pangulo, hindi na kailangan sumalisi pang pumasok sa Amerika ang mga terorista dahil US na mismo ang lumikha ng terorismo na kinatatakutan ng kanilang bansa.

“Well, you need not be a terrorist. There has to be an explanation. For an Arab of Syrian descent, of Iraqi, or Iranian to be there, migrated to the United States and was even born there and yet somehow gets into a radical thing, maybe not even the history of the Persian Empire and all of this things,” sabi ng Pangulo.

“What they see are the bombings and the killings of sort. And if I were, it’s not being done on the Filipino, I would really, and even you. If you are from the outside and you see Americans being treated that way, villages bombed, killing soldiers and even hospitals and just say, oh, it was the wrong target. You, by those pictures alone, you need not physically import, bring him inside United States. With those images on TV and on the Facebook, you have created so much terrorism in your time. That is what I can say honestly, my observation about America. You have imported terrorism to your land,” dagdag ng Pangulo.

Bago matapos ang taon ay inaasahang bibisita si Pangulong Duterte sa Russia.

Sa kanyang talumpati sa Beijing, China kamakailan, binigyang diin niya ang pagkalas sa Amerika at pagkiling ng kanyang independent foreign policy sa China at Russia.
